The (Un)tamed Sea is part of the Moje, Tvoje, Naše program within the MADE IN Platform project, which is co-financed by the European Union, the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia and the Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs. This exhibition will be held in Rijeka, from March 6 to 27, organized by Second Sea and the Zagreb design collective Oaza.
Bringing together contemporary artists and experts from Croatia and abroad through an exhibition and symposium, scheduled for March 7 and 8, this year’s program of the interdisciplinary event “My, Yours, Ours” examines the theme of the sea as an ecosystem and as a resource.

Part of the program will also refer to discussions in which these artists will explain their reasons for approaching these topics. As Davor Mišković, the man behind the concept, said, they will try to point out the relationship between modern capitalism and the sea and the consequences such a relationship has on the environment, working conditions, forms of production and consumption, and the legal framework that regulates the sea at different distances from the land.
