In addition to acknowledging all the winners of Mikser’s talent contests Black Box, Ghost Project and Exer art, this year Mikser Festival, thanks to the partnership with the creative platforms Monolog Gallery and the Exer Art brand, also awarded special prizes for the best works in the field of digital art, industrial and graphic design. As an incentive for young authors to continue their creative and artistic research, Exer Art donated a fund for special cash prizes in all three competitions, while the gallery Monolog provided the production of a solo exhibition for the winner of the special award within the Black Box exhibition.

Black Box competition curators Denis Leo Hegić and Marko Lađušić awarded monetary prizes to the following authors: Liliana (Jax) Hunnicutt from Slovenia for the work “Doomsday Lingers, Yet I Create”, Teodori Miodragović from Serbia for the work “Housewife/Čuvarkuć” and Luka Kustudić from Serbia for the interactive work “Camera 24/DotDot”. The award and invitation for cooperation at the exhibition in the Monolog gallery was awarded to Igor Bošnjak from Bosnia and Herzegovina for the work “Humanity”.

The traditional design contest Ghost Project awarded three young designers with cash prizes, presented by the members of the festival jury: Vesna Pejović, Zoran Jedrejčić and Jelena Matić. The first prize went to the designer Irena Milović from Serbia for the project “Time Cycling”, the second prize went to the tandem of Stanley Anigbogu and Blossom Eromosele from Nigeria for the project “AllSpace Tents”, while the third prize went to Stefan Radošević and Luka Višnjić from Serbia for “The Swingboard” project.

Mikser Festival and Exer Art joined forces this year and invited young artists and graphic designers to join the Exer Art platform and make their art available on the t-shirts of this new brand aimed at promoting local artists.

From the 21 works selected by the expert jury for participation in the exhibition during the Mikser festival, the founder of Exer Art chose two authors for special awards, the artist Igor Kovačević for the work “Square” and the artist Valentina Brostean for the works “Untitled 1, 2, 3” .

Once again, we would like to thank the members of the jury who decided on the special awards and congratulate all the award-winning authors!
Special THANKS to the Monolog gallery and the Exer Art team for the realization of the special awards!
